Lineup’s AdPoint has been integrated with ClassWizard DAM and makeup systems in a pioneering installation for Netherlands-based NDC Mediagroep.
The web-based AdPoint advertising system automates the billing process, with its combined booking, CRM and finance modules integrating with NDC’s third party systems. Sales teams can book advertising placements across digital, print display and classified formats with a single transaction.
It is the first time AdPoint has been teamed with ClassWizard’s DispoCloud ad asset management, material pickup, ad makeup and approval and release workflows, and the first media billing process to support the EU’s Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) payment-integration initiative.
Previously finance processes were separate from ad booking.
The implementation supports 250 users and avoids the need to coordinate cross-platform orders across multiple systems.
NDC sales director Arjan Breedveld says with more than 70 titles to produce, smooth implementation was crucial, enabling the publisher to achieve its benefits as quickly as possible.
