Atex hopes to reinforce commercial and product connections in Europe and the US following its parent’s acquisition of marketing workflow company Comosoft.
Canadian investor Aquila – which is part of Constellation Software – has announced it is buying Comosoft, the German creator of the LAGO multichannel marketing solution.
Atex chief executive Federico Marturano says product information management is a strategic growth vector for Atex, “with a compelling overlap with our existing clients.
“Through Comosoft’s relevance across Germany, rest of Europe and North America, we will seek to strengthen commercial and product capabilities in these regions.”
Comosoft, which was founded in 1994, will operate as an autonomous business unit of Atex. Its market includes retailers, manufacturers and agencies producing complex print and digital catalogues, flyers and circulars.
