Australian mobile payments firm Mobile Embrace is rolling out its Singaporean operation following a ‘test and learn’ phase.

Establishment of the Singapore company, Convey Global, follows technical integration with its telecommunications carrier partner for direct carrier billing and achievement of “suitable performance levels and customer acquisition cost targets”.

The second phase will see a full rollout and managed build of marketing of products, including enhancement and catalogue expansion through “on-boarding” partners, and extending the reach of its media buying trading desk across market segments.

Two products are now live in market, acquiring customers and generating revenue, with a third to be launched “imminently”.
