The courses focus on developing an editor's leadership skills – a necessity for improving the efficiency of editorial operations and for building up a strong newsroom for the future. the course will:
Reflect on and develop core editing capabilities;
Teach interaction skills for achieving critical business objectives;
Help understand how feedback can be an effective leadership tool; and
Enhance the effectiveness of communications with others.
