Florida-headquartered The Siebold Company is to buy Manugraph DGM's parts and service unit, according to reports.

US trade website News&Tech reports TSC has executed an asset purchase agreement to buy these North American operations from Manugraph India, including DGM IP, parts drawings and inventory.

The Pennsylvania-based wholly owned subsidiary had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in June.

Approval from the federal bankruptcy court is expected this month, enabling the transfer by the beginning of November.

Siebold recently acquired Smith Pressroom Products, based in Kansas.
