Newspaper prepress and digital printing specialist Fujifilm has recruited Shane Hanlon as account manager in Victoria.
His 40 years experience in the printing industry covers both technical and sales roles and includes 38 years with Heidelberg where he was a field technician and later worked in service management, account management, product specialist and sales management roles, within Australia and New Zealand. That career saw him progress with printing from letterpress through to offset and now digital with his previous association with Konica Minolta, Ricoh and Fuji Xerox.
"We are fortunate to have attracted a person with his experience," says graphic systems general manager Lindsay Barnes. "He is renowned for attentive customer service and has a sound knowledge of both offset and digital print technologies."
As account manager, Hanlon will be responsible for sales of a range of products which includes offset plates, CTP and workflow, as well as digital presses and consumables.
