New Zealand categories have been added to this year's Australasian Catalogue Association 25th annual awards, entries for which close on June 1.

At last year's gala event, more than 680 industry representatives celebrated the innovation, diversity and success of catalogues.

Chief executive Kellie Northwood says the new categories are a response to increased entries from New Zealand members in 2015. The new categories cover home, fashion, cosmetics and pharmacy, recreation and leisure, B2C, and retailers.

"These awards are a true celebration of our collective industries. I truly believe one of the reasons the catalogue and letterbox marketing industries are so resilient and vibrant is because of the entire industry working as one and celebrating together," she says.

The awards night will be held at Crown Palladium in Melbourne on September 2, with comedian Dave Thornton returning as master of ceremonies. More details at www.catalogue.asn.au/awards2016/
