Entrants in this year’s PANPA Newspaper of the Year competition have two weeks to get their entries in.
Entries close on July 8 for the 2011 competition, which includes three new categories – for Digital Publishing Innovation, Environment and Marketer of the Year.
“The awards are bigger and better than ever this year – and everything is more streamlined,” says chief executive Mark Hollands.

• Newspaper of the Year;
• Digital News Destination of the Year;
• Digital Publishing Innovation;
• Photography;
• Marketing;
• Technical Excellence in Print and Production;
• Pre-Production Innovation;
• Environment; and
• Occupational Health & Safety.
Nominattions are also invited for the Hegarty Scholarship, awarded to an outstanding young executive (aged 35 years or under) and new Marketer of the Year awards.
